The new Sapphire patient web app is now live. All exisitng users have their accounts automatically created using the email address they have currently registered with Sapphire. If you have already received an email
about accessing your account please follow the instructions in the email if you have not done so already. If you have not received an email, you can access the new site by visiting https://app.sapphireclinics.com and requesting a password reset link using your registered email address.
If you have any issues logging in, or your email address is not being recognised please contact patientsupport@sapphireclinics.com for advice.
Through the app, you can book an appointment, quickly report an adverse event, access clinic letters, and view or download a replica of all current prescriptions. This is just the start, and we will keep testing and developing the list of available features over the coming months. Some of the exciting things we have in the pipeline include confirming when the pharmacy has your paper prescription, prescription despatch details, and an option to email a copy of your prescription to any healthcare professional, employer, or police officer.
Access to this page for all patients will be removed in the coming weeks but until then all existing features on this page will remain active.

If I am prescribed dried flower (flos), if available, I would prefer my prescription to be for controlled dosage sachets.
If I am prescribed oils, if available, I would prefer my prescription is for larger quantity bottles so the price per ml is cheaper in the long term.
